Cancellation Policy

If we cancel a class...

We rarely cancel, but if we do, students registered for that class get a choice between:

  1. Getting a full refund, or
  2. Rescheduling for a later class if one is offered.

If a student cancels a class...

The cancelation fee depends on the amount of notice given:

7 or more days: No cancelation fee (a full refund is given).
6 or fewer days: No refund. We will reschedule you to a future class for which students have already enrolled if possible.
Please note: If the class for which you are registering starts on or before 04-May-2017 (7 days from today), no refund will be given if you cancel.


Payment Policy

A full payment is require before participating a class. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card through our third party payment gateway. You should accept the third party payment gateway's terms and conditions in their respective site.

Myonlineedu.com reserves the right to change pricing, registration terms, and conditions, to make changes to any of our products or programs described on this web site, or to change a course location or cancel a course at any time without notice or liability. Myonlineedu's sole liability will be limited to the refunding of any fees paid in respect of the course and Myonlineedu shall not be responsible for any incidental or consequential loss arising whatsoever. Myonlineedu will endeavor to give enrollees as much advance notice as possible of any change to their enrollment. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any terms or conditions specified on or referenced within an ordering document shall have no force or effect, and in no event shall Myonlineedu's performance of services or provision of products constitute acceptance of any such terms or conditions.
