FAQ on Courses & Classes

Who are the instructors @MyOnlineEdu?

All of our courses are conducted by professional instructors. They are the Subject Matter Expart (SME) on that domain.

How are classes @MyOnlineEdu conducted?

Live Online Classes (LOC) are taught by live instructors on a specific day and time and with a set duration. Learners can take these courses through web meetings from any where and users can interact with instructor by speaking, chatting and sharing screen. Users can speak by using a microphone.

What are the difference between free classes and paid classes?

Free classes are intended for demo purpose. It helps you to understand how we work practically and to let you know how well we can meet your requirements. Free classe duration is 2 hours max and there is no course material & class recording provided. Free classes are uploaded in social media sites like YouTube.com's MyOnlineEdu channel.

Paid classes are the actual classes where we cover the complete course material. We give assignments and evaluates them. Students interact with instructor during and post class. Our community or forum is an extended help where you ask your doubts and we try to clarify them.

Can I take my courses irrespective of my location?

Yes, you can take the courses irrespective of your location. Please make sure you adhere to the course perquisites.

Do you also provide any course material?

Yes. In addition to the class videos in viewable format, we will also provide the PPTs, PDFs, and codes related to the topics in the downloadable form.

How long do I have access to course material?

Y@MyOnlineEdu, once you register and enroll with us for a particular course, you get Lifetime Access to the course materials but the class recordings are avaialble for 60 days only.

What if I miss a Live session for a course?

You need not worry at all in case you miss any session for whatever reason. After each live session, learners will be able to access the recorded session on the MyEnrollment page. You just need to log in with your respective username and access the missed session. In addition to this, you can also take that session in a different batch.

What are the payment options?

You can pay through Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking from all the leading banks. Our Service Support Team is there to assist you in case you face any issues.

What are the different currency do you accept payment?

We accept payments in Indian Rupees (INR) for students in India and in US Dollar (USD) for students outside India.

How can I change my payment in my desire currency?

You can do it by two ways:

(1) Once you register with us and login, you can set your desire currency in your profile. This will display all course price in that currency.

(2) There is a change currency option provided just beside our logo in the header navigation part. Once you select a currency in the lst of value, the course prices are automatically converted to selected currency.

FAQ on Online Meeting Technical Details

What internet speed is required to attend the live online classes (LOC)?

You need decent internet speed to access a self paced online course.

Incase of a live instructor led online class, we recommend 1Mbps of internet speed. However, learners can take sessions with lower internet speed also. But as you know, better the internet speed better the experience.

What hardware and software do I need to attend the web sessions?

Apart from a decent computer, you need a microphone and webcam to interact with the instructor. The web meeting software details will be emailed to you prior to begining of the class.

Do I need to install softwares to join the live online class?

No. But there is no softwares available at this time which allows you to share your screen without installing a piece of plugins. Thus you need to install a software incase you need to share your screen. We advise to keep the software installed as we want to make the classes as much interactive as possible.
